You can choose to purchase just the front and show off your most treasured photo, just the back with five of your favorite photos or purchase both sides and show off six photos!

Our high-end, heavy card stock is silky smooth, and the touch of gloss gives your photos that little extra gleam that makes them even more gorgeous.

And you won't pay extra for special envelopes. You get to choose between five colors/types, and all are included in the price (white, green, red, Kraft and red-foil lined).

The best part about purchasing photo Christmas cards from The Enchanted Envelope is we take all the work out of it for you. You won't have to sit there for hours trying to make your photos fit. As a graphic designer well-versed in Photoshop, I will work to properly size your photos for your cards.

Then, instead of driving around town and having to pick up your cards from a printer, we handle that for you too. My dad, an experienced and talented printer of 23 years, will be the operating the press and putting the finishing touches on your cards.

Your beautifully printed cards will be delivered to you, envelopes and all. You can even upgrade to return address envelope printing, just make that selection when you check out!

** SIZE **
-These are 5X7 flat, greeting cards (standard A7 size).

** PERSONALIZATION **
-In the "Notes to Seller," please provide the name (s) that you would like us to print on the bottom of the card. Use just a family name, use just first names, use first and last names, etc. It's completely your choice.

** QUANTITY **
-Available in sets of 25, 50, 75 and 100. Please select your amount in the drop down menu on the right. If you are interested in a quantity that is not listed here, please convo us for pricing.

** PHOTO SUBMISSION **
-Please email your photo to TheEnchantedEnvelope [!at] gmail.com. Do NOT edit or crop your photo in any way. And make sure to send it at the highest resolution possible. Photos from actual cameras print the best, but we often can use photos from phones without a problem.

** PACKAGING **
-Your cards will come packed neatly in a cellophane sleeve with chipboard backing to prevent damage. If you're interested in a box, please send us a message and we will send you photos of what we offer and the accompanying prices.

** ENVELOPE COLORS/TYPES **
-You have several choices -- and all are included in the price! We have white, red, green, red foil lined or Kraft envelopes. Please make your selection in the drop-down menu at checkout.

** RETURN ADDRESS PRINTING **
-We can print your name and address on the back of any of the envelopes for a small fee. Please make that selection in the drop-down menu on the right when you check out and tell us the return address you're using in the "Notes to Seller."

** Return policy **
-Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns. Please carefully check your order before submitting it. However, if it is our mistake, we will correct the order free of charge.
-Upon request, we will email you a low-resolution proof so you can double-check the spelling of the name and the color choice.

** Want something special?? **
-All you have to do is ask!! We will work with you. For example, if you would prefer ink colors other than black or light gray for your return address envelope printing, please message us and we will send you a sample of the colors we offer.

** DO YOU SEND PROOFS? **

While we do NOT automatically email proofs, we will email you a low-res proof upon your request. Please know that the faster you respond, the sooner you will get your order!

** WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS? **

We ship via UPS and USPS. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you order multiple items and we feel we can lower the shipping costs calculated by Etsy, we will send you a coupon credit toward a future purchase!

** WHAT IF A DELIVERY IS DELAYED

We will always do our best to help you track a package. However, we are NOT resposible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier. And we cannot guarantee arrival times. Our posted 'expected' delivery dates are just that ... EXPECTED. They are simply estimates based on what normally happens with items we ship and what the carriers post on their ends for the selected method of shipment. Unfortunately, items get delayed in transit, and there is nothing we can do about that as the seller. But if something doesn't get to you in a timely manner, please let us know.

** THE COLOR ON MY PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT THAN ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN. WHY? **

Because computer monitors vary, the color on your finished product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

** IS THERE A LOGO ON MY ORDER? **

Our logo is printed on the back of the folding notecards and notepads. If you would like it removed, we can do that for a $5.00 charge. Please message us if you’d like that option.

In addition, if you would like to add your own logo to the backs of the cards, that is an additional $7.50.

** WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE? **

All of our paper is FSC certified paper and it is all manufactured in wind-milled powered mills in the United States! Our cover stock ranges from 80lb. to 120lb. with varying colors and textures. Please see the individual products for specifics.

** MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU SEND A GIFT CARD? **

YES! If your order is a gift being shipped directly to the individual, please tell us in the "Notes to Seller," because we can write out a small gift card with the wording of your choice! We can do this for all products except canvases

** HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED? **

All of our products are packed carefully to prevent shipping damage. Some are packed in cello bags and then shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope and others are shipped in boxes before being packaged. It very much depends on your order. You often have the option to upgrade to a gift box! Sometimes gift boxes are even free!

If a product is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with UPS or USPS. If you need help with this, please contact us. If UPS or USPS determined your order was improperly packed, we will take responsibility for that.

** HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE AFTER I ORDER IT? **

Because our items are all personalized, it does take a little time on our end, and it is very much based upon the product.

However, most items have a product time of 3 to 10 business days. Once they are shipped, most will arrive within 2-3 days.

If you need a product faster than 3 to 10 business days (each product is different and we have a more specific time frame listed on each item), please contact us and we will work hard to get it to you faster. (Expedited fees may apply).

** DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? **

Because our items are personalized, we generally do not accept returns or give refunds.

However, if the product was produced correctly, and you are not satisfied, please let us know. We will do our best to work with you.

In addition, if there is a mistake that we made, we will correct your order free of charge.
